West Locker Room Cyclone Champion Challenge: $25,000 Waiting for Your Match |

A generous donor has offered Bishop Ward High School a $25,000 challenge grant to renovate the west side locker room—and complete the final phase of the renovation of the indoor facilities at Dorney Stadium. We need YOU to help us raise $25,000 by June 15.

Plans for the renovations include transforming the current locker room into a center for athletic excellence. The space would include not just lockers, but coaching offices, restrooms, storage space, and a classroom and team meeting space with audio/visual equipment to review games and training presentations.

Plans include:
- 80 new lockers
- Office for coaching staff
- Storage space for team equipment and gear
- Classroom space with electronic whiteboard and television
- New electricity and plumbing for lavatories and showers
- New carpeting and flooring
- New heating and cooling
Phase I & II Update
Thanks to generous donors like you, Bishop Ward has been able to complete its first two phases of renovations at Dorney Field.
Phase I was renovation of the east locker rooms that has provided our athletes with a modern space to prepare with pride. The space includes lockers rooms, lavatories, showers, office space, storage facilities, as well as a separate locker room and shower room for officials.
Phase II was the construction of the Cyclone Legends Wellness Center under the eastern end of the stadium. This 2,235 square-foot space includes both cardiovascular and weight-training equipment and provides our students with the equipment and resources needed to give all students a chance for advanced wellness education. |
